The following procedure can be used to clear the internal memory of the EM-20 and reload the factory settings:
CAUTION: All USER information will be lost. Be sure to back up any information you wish to keep.
- Power off the EM-20.
- Hold down the USER PROGRAM/WRITE button while turning the EM-20 back on.
The message "Factory" will inform you that the EM-20 has been initialized.
