The following is troubleshooting information to help you in the event that you are unable to get audio to playback through the TRI-CAPTURE from your computer:
1. DRIVER INSTALL
a. Be sure that the TRI-CAPTURE driver has been installed onto your computer. The last drivers that were available can be downloaded here:

2. TRI-CAPTURE DRIVER SETUP IN SOFTWARE
After installing the driver, setup the TRI-CAPTURE as the output device in the software that you are using.
Note: As each manufacturer's software differs from version to version, please refer to the software's current manual or online help for proper audio interface setup procedures.
Computer Sound Settings: If you are using software that uses the sound settings of your computer (e.g. iTunes, Windows Media Player, etc), the following article will guide you through this:

3. MONITORING (SPEAKERS/HEADPHONES)
Headphones: If you are monitoring via headphones, connect these directly to the PHONES jack of the TRI-CAPTURE and then use the PHONES knob to adjust the volume coming from your computer software.
Speakers: If you are using speakers, connect the L-OUTPUT-R jacks of the TRI-CAPTURE to the inputs of your speakers or the amplifier of your speakers. Be sure to turn the speakers or amplifier for the speakers on and turn up their volume.
