The following is troubleshooting information to help you in the event that you are unable to get audio to playback through the DUO-CAPTURE EX from your computer:

DRIVER INSTALL
Be sure that the DUO-CAPTURE EX driver has been installed onto your computer. You may download the latest driver for you operating system here: https://www.roland.com/global/products/duo-capture_ex/downloads/

DUO-CAPTURE EX DRIVER SETUP IN SOFTWARE
After installing the driver, setup the DUO-CAPTURE EX as the output device in the software that you are using.
Note: As each manufacturer's software differs from version to version, please refer to the software's current manual or online help for proper audio interface setup procedures.

MONITORING (SPEAKERS/HEADPHONES)
- Headphones: If you are monitoring via headphones, connect these directly to the PHONES jack of the DUO-CAPTURE EX and then use the PHONES knob to adjust the volume coming from your computer software.
- Speakers: If you are using speakers, connect the L-OUTPUT-R jacks of the DUO-CAPTURE EX to the inputs of your speakers or the amplifier of your speakers. Be sure to turn the speakers or amplifier for the speakers on and turn up their volume.
