OCTAPAD SPD-30: How to Perform a Factory Reset (Restore Default Settings)

You can restore the factory settings of the OCTAPAD SPD-30 by performing a factory reset.

Caution: All kits and phrase data will be lost. To keep your data, back it up to USB memory first (MENU > USB > SAVE).

1. Press the [MENU] button.
2. Turn [Knob 1] to select "SYSTEM," and press [Button 3] (ENTER).
3. Press [Button 2] to select the "F.RESET" tab.
4. Turn [Knob 1] (SEL) to select "Factory Reset," then press [Button 3] (ENTER).
5. Press [Button 2] (BACKUP) to save data to USB memory, or press [Button 3] (RESET) to proceed.
   When the confirmation screen appears, press [Button 3] (OK).
   The reset will be executed. Never turn off the power during the reset process.
