If you'd like to redo the ME-80's settings from scratch, you can use the following procedure to clear the internal memory and reload its factory settings:
Caution: All USER information will be lost. Be sure to back up any information you wish to keep.
- Turn on the ME-80.
- Press the [MEMORY/MANUAL] pedal to switch to Manual Mode.
-In Manual Mode, the ME-80's display is blank. - Press the [MOD] pedal while holding down the [EDIT] button.

- Press the [WRITE] button.
-The Tuning Guide flashes. - Press the [WRITE] button again.
The display flashes and the factory reset is executed.
*Never turn off the power while Factory Reset is in progress.
