R-05: How to Create a New Folder and Record Audio Files Into the New Folder

The following article will guide through creating a new folder to begin recording new audio files into. This is useful if you want to keep multiple recording files organized in one location.

1. Press the FINDER button and press the left cursor arrow  a few times to be sure the Root directory is selected.
2. Cursor up or down to select "Root" and then press the red record button .
3. Cursor to "Make Folder" and then press the red record button twice. A new folder is created and will be highlighted.
4. Press the red record button to select the folder.
5. Cursor to "4 Rename" and then press the red record button.
6. Use the cursor buttons to rename the folder. Press the red record button when complete.
7. Press the red record button to select the folder.
8. Cursor to "1 Select" and then press the red record button. The new folder has been selected for new audio files to be recorded in.
9. Begin recording. All new audio files will placed in the new folder.
