SD-50: How to Perform a Factory Reset (Restore Default Settings)

You can restore the factory settings of the SD-50 by performing a factory reset.

Note: the SD-50 contains important data you’ve created, be aware that all of your data will be lost when the factory reset operation is executed.
If you want to keep your data, save it to USB memory before you proceed. See "Backing Up User Data (BACKUP)" in the SD-50 Owner's Manual.

1. Press the [MENU] button.
2. Turn the [VALUE] dial to select “Utility.”
3. In the utility screen, select “Factory Reset.”
4. Press the [ENTER] button.
   A confirmation message appears.
   To cancel without executing, press the [EXIT] button.
5. To execute the factory reset operation, press the [ENTER] button.
6. Turn the SD-50’s power off, then on again.
