The AX-Edge has 320 Programs available. To make it easier to find the Programs you use often, the AX-Edge also has 100 'favorites' available. These can also be used to place Programs in an order for performance or to group them depending on your needs.
You first need to select a bank - there are 10 banks with 10 favorites available in each. You can then register a scene to one of the buttons 0-9 in that bank.
Switching the Favorite Bank
- Press the FAVORITE [BANK] button to make it light.
The button ([0]–[9]) corresponding to the currently selected bank blinks. - Press a [0]–[9] button to select a bank.
Memo: If only the bank number is shown in the display, use the [0]–[9] buttons to select a favorite.
Registering a Favorite
- Select the program that you want to register.
- Press the FAVORITE [BANK] button to make it light.
- Press a [0]–[9] button to select the registration destination bank.
- Hold down the FAVORITE [ON] button and press the [0]–[9] button in which you want to register the program.
The currently selected program is registered to that button.
Recalling a Favorite
Now that you have registered your favorite(s), you can recall them as needed. You will first need to select the bank that you originally registered them (see the procedure above). After you have selected the proper bank, you can use this procedure to recall your favorite(s).
- Press the FAVORITE [ON] button to make it light.
The [0]–[9] buttons act as Favorite select buttons.
When the FAVORITE function is on, the bank/number display shows the following. - Press a [0]–[9] button to select a Favorite.
If you press a button in which a Favorite has not yet been registered, the screen indicates “Not Registered!”
