Yes. The BR-80's PHONES/LINE OUT jack can be connected to the input of a guitar amplifier or directly to a PA. This will require an adapter cable. The choice of adapter cable will depend on the input needed on the amp, audio mixer or PA.
Note: The adapters shown below can be purchased online or at most musical instrument or electronic stores.
Guitar Amp:
If using a guitar amplifier, an 1/8" to 1/4" adapter can be used:
Note that since most guitar amps are mono, this setup will be a mono setup.
Mixer/PA:
If connecting to an audio mixer or PA, a "Y" adapter will be needed with a stereo 1/8" connector on one end; the other end of the "Y" adapter will depend on the input type on the mixer or PA. However, most connections will be RCA or 1/4":
