The USB Driver setting in the Juno-Di allows you to select how the USB connection from the Juno-Di communicates with other devices (such as a computer). There are two options for this setting:
- Vendor: This setting requires a Roland USB driver to be installed on your computer.
You can download the latest USB drivers for the Juno-Di from our website: Roland - JUNO-Di | Mobile Synthesizer with Song Player This option allows for MIDI data transfer between the Juno-Di and your computer. - Generic: This setting allows the Juno-Di to connect to a computer without using a Roland-supplied driver. It also allows the Juno-Di to connect to a device (such as an iPad or other iOS device) that has built-in MIDI drivers. This option is also referred to as "Class Compliant."
To change the USB Driver Mode setting:
- Press MENU.
- Cursor to "SYSTEM" and press ENTER.

- Power off, and then back on the Juno-Di.
