If a "No Disk Drive" or "No IDE Drive" message appears, either the hard drive is not properly connected or there is no hard drive installed.
Due to safety and liability reasons, troubleshooting this is not considered to be "user" repairable--since it requires opening up the product to investigate.
If one of these messages appear, we recommend sending the product into service to have a qualified service technician either troubleshoot the issue or install a new hard drive.
