When connecting 2 amps to an ES-8, different amp configurations are set up on a patch by patch basis.
- Connect Amp 1 to Out 1/L.
- Connect Amp 2 to Out 2/R.
- Press the EDIT button.
- Press the Left/Right Arrow buttons until you get to the PATCH section.
- Press ENTER.
- Press the Left/Right Arrow buttons until you get to the Output page.
- Press ENTER.
- Press the Left/Right Arrow buttons to move the cursor under the parameter value just to the left of “Sel:”.
- Using the + and - buttons, choose either the 1, 2, or 1&2 output choices.
- For the next preset up, do the same procedure for the second amp, choosing a different amp output selection.
