You can use the [Registration] button to save settings such as those for the tones you’ve selected, the Dual Play or Split Play setting, and Rhythm settings.
Each set of these settings is called a “Registration.”
How to create a Registration:
1) Set the desired performance settings: tone, rhythm, etc. (See the chart at the bottom of this article to learn all of the settings that can be saved in a registration)
2) While holding down the [Registration] button, press a button from [1]-[5] to select a registration bank, and then while still holding the [Registration] button, use the [-] and [+] buttons to select the specific registration within that bank to indicate where you'd like your settings to be saved.
For example, you could save your settings to "5-1" Bank 5, registration 1.
*Note: The number buttons [1]-[5] are notated in small print beneath the [Piano], [E. Piano], [Strings], [Organ], and [Other] buttons.
3) Rename the registration. Use the [-] and [+] buttons to change the letter character, and the left and right "slow/fast" arrow buttons to move to the next letter character.
4) Press the [Metronome] to confirm this registration.
*Note: Do NOT turn off the power while "Executing..." is displayed.
