The internal reverb effect is for monitoring/listening purposes only. There's not a function to have the reverb be recorded onto the audio file(s) unfortunately.
An option would be to use audio recording software to add reverb to the file(s) (e.g. Sonar, Cubase, Pro Tools, etc).
