V-4 - Video Mixer V4 has memory lock on and I can not turn it off in the menu. I am stuck and can not access any commands orsettings.

You can turn off Memory Protect mode by entering MENU > UTILITY > MEMORY PROTECT and using the UP and DOWN Menu buttons to select OFF. If for some reason it won't select OFF, try setting your Memory Dial knob to another memory number.
