The Kit Chain feature in the TD-30 lets you specify the order in which the kits are selected. This can be beneficial by letting you select your favorite kits in a desired order. There are 16 different Kit Chain "sets" that you can create and each set can have up to 32 Kits within each Chain. Here's how to setup a Kit Chain in the TD-30:
1. Press the CHAIN button so it's lit.
2. Press the cursor down button (or F1 button) to select Chain #1.
3. Press the F3 button (C.EDIT) for Chain Edit.
4. Turn the dial to choose the first Kit that you'd like for your chain.
5. Cursor down to highlight the next step (Step 2).
6. Turn the dial to choose the next Kit for the chain.
7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 and select the desired kits for your Chain.
Tip: If desired, press F5 if you want to Name the Chain.
8. When you're finished, press the EXIT button. The new Chain is saved automatically.
To activate your new Chain, press the CHAIN button so it's lit and then turn the dial or use the + or - button to select the Kits in the Chain.
