| Your two R-44 units will each record whatever REC MODE you have set. In order to get the most flexibility in your edits from eight possible sources, it's usually best to set each unit to record MONOx4. In this way you'll have eight independent WAV files to edit. If you are only recording six sources, you can set one R-44 to record MONOx4 and the other one to record MONOx6. Or you can set each unit to record MONOx3. Then you'll have six WAV files to edit. |
