This article will go over how to load "Soundpacks". Soundpacks are essentially Backup files acting as custom patches. They were used as a convenient way to share patches with other users before the SYSTEM-1 Software Librarian was released.

Process
The process of loading Soundpacks into your SYSTEM-1 is simple. Since they are Backup files, you need to perform a "Restore" function to get them into your machine.

NOTE: The latest version of the SYSTEM-1 expands patch capacity from 8 to 64. This also means you do not need to overwrite the original 8 when loading (restoring) the soundpacks into your SYSTEM-1. Simply rename the patches to a number higher than 8, and the sounds will be found in the following bank on the SYSTEM-1.
