You can increase the ES-8's Output Gain by up to 6db, on a Preset by Preset basis.
To do this:
- Recall the patch that you want to edit.
- Press the [EDIT] button.
- Use the [<] [>] buttons to select “Patch” and press the [ENTER] button.
- Use the [<] [>] buttons to select “Output Gain” and press the [ENTER] button.
NOTE: It is used only if Output Buf is ON. - Use the [<] [>] buttons to move the cursor, and use the [–] [+] buttons to specify its value.
0 dB, +2 dB, +4 dB, +6 dB - Press the [WRITE] button to save the patch.
This Output Gain can also be set using the ES-8 Editor. For details, please refer to "ES-8 Editor Owner's Manual".
