It's possible to backup your user (custom) settings in the TD-11 to an external USB memory drive.
You can use most all USB memory drives up to 32GB.
Here's how.
First, we'll need to format your new USB memory drive:
CAUTION: Formatting permanently erases ALL data that may be stored on the USB memory drive. Be sure you have any important content that may be stored on the drive saved in your computer before proceeding with the format process.
1. Insert your USB memory drive into the TD-11's USB Memory port.
2. Press MENU.
3. Press the cursor down button until the "SYSTEM" icon appears.
4. Press the function 3 button (SYSTEM).
5. Press cursor down to select "USB Memory," and then press function 3 (ENTER).
6. Cursor down to select "Format," and then press function 3 (ENTER).
7. Press function 3 (FORMAT).
8. Press function 3 (OK). "Format this USB memory. OK to execute?" appears.
9. Press function 3 again (OK). "Are you sure?" appears.
10. Press function 3 (OK).
11. Press EXIT three times after "Format Complete" appears.
