On GK-3 pickups and the Roland Ready Strat (GC-1), the S1 and S2 buttons are set up at the Factory to go up or down a GR-55's Banks. If yours are set to control a different parameter and/or you wish to set them up to change individual Presets.
Here is the process to Assign S1/S2 buttons to go up and down Patches:
- Press EDIT.
- Press Page Right to Select the SYSTEM tab.
- Use the Left / Right buttons around the Wheel, to Select PEDAL/GK CTL.
- Press ENTER.
- Press Page Right to select the S1 tab.
- Depending on how you want to buttons set up, turn the wheel until either the parameter named: PATCH NUMBER DEC, or PATCH NUMBER INC is showing.
- Press Page Right to select the S2 tab.
- Depending on how you want to buttons set up, turn the wheel until either the parameter named: PATCH NUMBER DEC, or PATCH NUMBER INC is showing.
