The following is troubleshooting information in the event that a mouse is not functioning properly:

https://www.rolandus.com/support/knowledge_base/217496446 - Be sure that the mouse is set to ON. Instructions can be found on page 66 of the Owner's Manual.
- Be sure not to use a USB mouse connected to a USB to PS/2 mouse adapter. The mouse should be a straight PS/2 connection.
- Although a PS/2 optical mouse may work, compatibility is not guaranteed and we recommend using the older ball-type PS/2 mouse in this case to ensure compatibility.
- If the problem continues, test with a different PS/2 mouse to rule out a malfunctioning mouse.
