When performing a backup to an SD card, all custom settings in the TD-50 are saved. Up to 99 different backups can be saved to an SD card. There is also the option to save any imported samples as well. Here's how to save to an SD card.
1. Insert the SD card into the card slot on the left-side panel of the TD-50.
2. Press the SD CARD button.
3. Press the PAGE UP button (if necessary) until the SAVE icon appears.
4. Press F1 (SAVE).
5. Turn the dial to choose whether or not you want user samples to be included with the backup. If you want to include the samples, turn the dial clockwise to add a checkmark to the box.
6. Press F5 (SAVE). "Save All Data to SD Card" appears.
7. Press F5(EXECUTE).
8. Press the cursor right button to highlight "OK."
9. Press the ENTER button.
