VE-22: How do I perform a factory reset?

On the VE-22, you can restore the effect and control settings to their factory-set condition by performing a factory reset.

1. Press the [MENU] button.
   The MENU screen appears.
   
2. Turn the [MEMORY] knob to select the “FACTORY RESET” row.
   All items in the selected row are underlined.
   
3. Press the [ECHO] knob.
   The FACTORY RESET screen appears.
   
4. Use the [HARMONY] knob (FROM) and the [EFFECT] knob (TO) to specify the range for the factory reset operation.
   By specifying FROM and TO, you can restore only certain memories to their factory settings.
5. Press the [MEMORY] (ENTER) knob.
   A confirmation message appears.
   If you want to cancel, press the [EXIT] button.
   
6. To perform the factory reset, use the [MEMORY] knob to select “OK”, and press the [MEMORY] (ENTER)  knob.
   If you decide to cancel, select “CANCEL” or press the [EXIT] button.
   The unit returns to the MENU screen once the factory reset is complete.
