BRIDGE CAST X: What should I do if I experience a sound dropout or noise?

If you experience interruptions or noise in the audio of game sounds or voice chat heard from your BRIDGE CAST X connected to a PC, enlarging the buffer size may improve the issue.

Perform the steps below:

1. If any application is using the BRIDGE CAST X as a USB audio device, then exit it.
2. Open the BRIDGE CAST X Driver application.
   
   
   • Windows: Start > Roland folder > BRIDGE CAST X
   • macOS: Launchpad > Roland > BRIDGE CAST X Driver Setup
3. Change the "Audio Buffer Size" to a larger value. (Move the slider toward Max.)
   *Increase the value to that at which the dropout and noise disappear.
4. Click "Apply" > "Close" to exit the Driver application.
