If your GO:KEYS 5 or GO:KEYS 3 was previously connected to an iOS device via Bluetooth, audio may become unstable after performing a factory reset.
Remove the Bluetooth pairing information from the iOS device.
- On the iOS device, open “Settings” → “Bluetooth”.
- In the “My Devices” list, tap the “i” icon for the previously connected GO:KEYS.
- Tap “Forget This Device”.
- Tap “Forget Device” to confirm.
Note: The GO:KEYS may appear as “Not Connected” in the Bluetooth device list.
