ZENOLOGY comes in three versions: Lite, "Regular" and Pro. ZENOLOGY Lite, Regular and Pro are the same plug-in, but Regular and Lite have some features disabled, such as Advanced Editing. In all versions it shows as "ZENOLOGY" in a DAW or on your computer.
ZENOLOGY Pro
Tones: 4,106 Tones, 109 Drum kits
Default banks: A-L
With an Ultimate or Pro membership: You will have access to ZENOLOGY Sound Packs (ZEZ), Sound Packs (SDZ), Wave Expansions (EXZ) and Model Expansions in Roland Cloud Manager.
Features: Full access. You will have advanced editing, saving and import/export capabilities.
ZENOLOGY

*ZENOLOGY Lite cannot save or write user data

With a free Roland account: You will have no access to ZENOLOGY Sound Packs (ZEZ), Sound Packs (SDZ), Wave Expansion (EXZ) or Model Expansions in Roland Cloud Manager. You will have saving and import/export capabilities.
Features: No Edit button for access to advanced editing*. You will have basic editing like, Attack, Decay, Sustain, Release and MFX. You will not see a "Write" option and therefore will not have saving and import/export capabilities.
*If you’ve purchased a Lifetime Key for a Model Expansion, you’ll have advanced editing, saving and import/export capabilities. If you’ve purchased a Lifetime Key for a Sound Pack or Wave Expansion you will have saving, import/export capabilities but not advanced editing.
