If the access point selection screen does not appear on the GO:KEYS 5 or GO:KEYS 3 after holding down the WC-1 switch for at least three seconds, the instrument may have contents installed that were purchased using a different Roland Account.
To resolve this issue, log in to the Roland Cloud Connect app using the same Roland Account that was used to purchase the installed contents.
If logging in with the same Roland Account does not resolve the issue, or if that Roland Account is no longer accessible, initialize the user license using the Remove License function.
