If you see the message "Device Not Found" on the app screen, please check the following points:
- The power supplied to the GO:PODCAST unit is insufficient, the power of the GO:PODCAST unit may go off for a moment when you connect (or disconnect) the plug to the PHONES jack. When using an iPhone or iPad equipped with a Lightning connector for recording or streaming, it is especially recommended to charge it. For details on the connecting method, please refer to "Using an iPhone/iPad equipped with a Lightning connector" in the GO:PODCAST Owner's Manual.
- If the USB cable is damaged, the GO:PODCAST app may not recognize the GO:PODCAST unit. Please try using a different USB cable.
