You can’t record video at the same time as you stream content with the GO:PODCAST app.
NOTE: You can tap the [●] (record) button on the smartphone you’re using as a satellite camera even during livestreaming to record the satellite camera video. If you want to save the video as a backup, tap the record button on the Roland Satellite Camera app at the same time as you start streaming.
