The TRIGGER IN (AUX, CRASH 2) jacks on the rear panel of the TD-17 let you connect an additional pad, if the jack is not already in use. For supported pads, see "Pad Type list" in the TD-17 Data List.
Example: connecting a Roland PDX-8 dual-trigger pad to the TRIGGER IN (AUX) jack as an extra tom.
- Using a Roland V-Drums dual-trigger cable (such as the Roland PCS-5-TRA), connect the PDX-8 to the TRIGGER IN (AUX) jack.
