Gigcaster 5: How to Edit and Save Effect Settings to a User Patch

The Gigcaster 5 includes 200 memory slots that custom effect patches can be saved to (U001-U200). Here’s how to save the effect patches that you edit to User patches.

1. Press the channel edit button for Channel 1, Channel 2 or the Instrument channel.
   
2. Touch EFFECTS on the left panel and then tap the EFFECTS button to turn it ON (the button lights up green).
   
3. Touch the gear icon on the top right of the screen.
4. Touch the icon of the effect you want to edit.
   
5. The parameters of the selected effect appear below the icons when an effect is selected.
   
6. Edit the effect parameter’s values as desired.

1. On the effect patch’s edit screen, touch the write
   button.
   
2. Touch <NAME> to input a patch name.
3. Touch <ENTER> when you’re finished entering the
   patch name.
4. In the “TO” box, select the user patch where you
   want to save the effect patch.
   
5. Touch <WRITE>.
6. Touch <YES>.
   The user patch is saved.
