The built-in noise suppressor on the BRIDGE CAST ONE may not function correctly if both it and the noise suppression feature on your chat software (such as Discord, Zoom, etc.) are enabled simultaneously. If your voice is being unintentionally suppressed, disable the noise suppression feature on either the BRIDGE CAST ONE or the chat software.
The noise suppressor on the BRIDGE CAST ONE is configured in the MIC CLEANUP tab of the BRIDGE CAST app. For details, refer to “Calibrating the mic sound quality (Cleanup)” in the BRIDGE CAST ONE Owner’s Manual.
