If you are experiencing delays in the sound from the game or voice chat when using the BRIDGE CAST ONE with your Windows computer, try reducing the buffer size to solve the problem.
Follow the steps below:
- Close any application that is using the BRIDGE CAST ONE as an audio device.
Note: If any application is using the BRIDGE CAST ONE as a USB audio device, you will see the message "Device currently used by another application" in step 3, and you will not be able to change the buffer size. - In Windows, click the Start button, open the "Roland" folder, then click "BRIDGE CAST ONE."
The "BRIDGE CAST ONE Driver Settings" dialog box appears. - Change the "Audio Buffer Size" to a smaller value (default value: 6).
- Click the "Apply" button.
A buffer size that is too small may cause audio clicks and pops. If this happens, increase the value until the sound becomes stable. - Click the "Close" button.
For detailed instructions on the settings procedure, click the "Show README" button and refer to "Changing/checking driver settings."
