Roland's unique three-dimensional acoustic technology allows you to listen to virtual surround sound from a 5.1 ch/7.1 ch audio signal that's input via the USB port (input source: GAME (SPEAKER)) on the BRIDGE CAST ONE when using headphones. However, if the virtual surround sound from speakers seems less spacious than expected, please check the following points:
Check the following parameters in the BRIDGE CAST app.
For more details, refer to the "Listening to game audio in virtual surround" section of the BRIDGE CAST ONE Owner's Manual.
- On the menu screen, click on the "GAME" tab.
- Turn on the VIRTUAL SURROUND switch.
- Select either "SPEAKERS" or "PHONES MUTE SYNC" for OUTPUT TYPE.
- Adjust the LISTENING ANGLE. Adjust the LISTENING ANGLE according to the position of your speakers. Depending on individual differences, even if you align the angle to your speaker setup, you may not feel the spaciousness. In this case, try fine-tuning this parameter. Value range: 12-78°.
- If "PHONES MUTE SYNC" is selected in step 3:
- Click on the "HOME" tab.
- Ensure that the PHONES output is muted.
