You might have set the Windows system to "do nothing" or "sleep" when either the power or sleep button is pressed, or when the laptop cover is closed. In this case, the USB port is not suspended, and the LED on the BRIDGE CAST ONE, which is connected via USB, remains lit. To make the LED on the BRIDGE CAST ONE go dark when Windows enters sleep mode, you can change the action assigned to the power button or to closing the laptop cover to "Hibernate".
Follow the steps below.
- Search for “Power” in the “Type here to search” field on the Windows taskbar.
- Click “Choose a power plan”.
- Click “Choose what the power buttons do”.
- Change the settings to “Hibernate” as necessary.
