If you encounter issues logging into Facebook or receive error messages when selecting Facebook Live from the platform list in the GO:LIVECAST app, please try the following steps:

Log into Facebook.com using a web browser on your computer.

Click [Live Video].
- Click [Go Live].

Select [Streaming Software] to display the Stream key and Server URL.
* To view the Server URL, click [Advanced Settings].
* If you wish to reuse the Stream Key, enable "Persistent stream key". - In the GO:LIVECAST app, open the platform list.

Tap [Custom RTMP] to open the settings screen.

Enter the Stream Key and Server URL obtained in step 4:

Stream Key: Enter into the Stream Key field.

Server URL: Enter into the RTMPS URL field.

Start streaming from the GO:LIVECAST app.
Confirm that the video from GO:LIVECAST is displayed on the Facebook Live settings screen from step 4. - Click [Go Live] in the lower-left corner of the screen to begin streaming.
