Yes, you can. However, note the following differences, according to how you purchased the contents.

You can keep using the tones imported with the Roland Cloud Connect, provided that you periodically authenticate your membership.

If you use this instrument 20 consecutive times without authenticating your membership, the following message appears onscreen when you turn on the power.
Connect the WC-1 to authenticate your membership.
If you use this instrument 30 consecutive times without authenticating your membership, the following message is shown when you turn on the power, and the contents you’ve installed are disabled.
Connect the WC-1 to authenticate your membership. The tones you imported are reenabled once you authenticate.

You can use the contents with no limitations.
