The GO:KEYS 3 IN may occasionally display the following error messages. Please resolve the problem according to the type of error.

| Expansion File Not Found! | This is shown when there are no expansion files saved on the USB flash drive. | Check that the file is correctly saved on the media, and that the file format is ".exz". |
| Incorrect File! | This is shown when the selected file is not compatible with the GO:KEYS or if the file is corrupted. | Check the compatible models of the source file you downloaded, and try downloading again. |
| Incorrect License! Remove License | This is shown when the selected file is already associated with a different user license. | To install, you must either have the file with the same user license as the additional content file (Sound Pack, Style Pack, Wave Expansion) that’s already installed, or else initialize the user license. |
| Expansion Memory Full! | This is shown when there is not enough free capacity to install the Wave Expansion. | To install, you must first free up storage space by deleting Wave Expansions that are already installed. |
