When a factory reset is executed on your GO:KEYS 3 IN that has previously been connected to an iOS device via Bluetooth®, the sound may glitch while you are playing the piano or playing back internal songs. Unpair the piano from the iOS device.
- In iOS, display “Settings” > “Bluetooth”.
- Tap the “MY DEVICES” list > the “i” icon for the piano that was previously connected.
-In the list, the message “Not Connected” is displayed for the piano. - Tap “Forget This Device” > “Forget Device”.
