VG-800: How to output Alternate Tunings via MIDI

When an alternate tuning (ALT TUNE) is selected on the VG-800, the standard tuning will still be output via MIDI. However, it is also possible to output the ALT TUNE via MIDI.

Here's how:

1. Press the [MENU] button.
   The MENU screen appears.
   
2. If “CONTROL ASSIGN” is not shown in the MENU, use the [◀] [▶] buttons to switch pages.
3. Press the knob [1] to enter the CONTROL ASSIGN menu.
   
4. Press knob [4] to enter the GUITAR TO MIDI menu.
5. Turn knob [4] to set ALT TUNE to ON.
6. Press the [EXIT] and [▶] buttons at the same time to save this setting.
