MS-3: Using FS-7 for BANK UP/DOWN in MEMORY or MANUAL MODE

Program the MS-3 to allow for an external FS-6 or FS-7 to control BANK UP/DOWN in both MEMORY and MANUAL MODES.

1. Use the MS-3 CTL1/2 INPUT via 1/4" TRS cable to the FS-7 A+B Jack.
2. Set the CTL1/2 INPUT to SYSTEM GLOBAL settings first:
   1. Press [MENU] button, choose PREF and press [ENTER] use [PAGE <>/EXIT ENTER] buttons to select CLT 1 and 2 INPUT and set to SYSTEM then EXIT.
3. Once these are set to SYSTEM then set the CTL 1/2 functionality for BANK UP/DOWN.
4. Press [EDIT] and select CTL with KNOB 1 and press [ENTER], use any KNOB to select CTLIN1 or CTLIN2 and set the parameters as follows:
   CTL IN 1 (SYSTEM):
   FUNCTION: BANK - (BANK DOWN)
   MODE: MOMENTARY
   ACTION: OFF =>ON
   CTL IN 2 (SYSTEM):
   FUNCTION: BANK + (BANK UP)
   MODE: MOMENTARY
   ACTION: OFF =>ON
   NOTE: For the FS-6 or FS-7, A= RING/CTL2, B= TIP/CTL1.

These will now be GLOBAL/SYSTEM setting that will work in any PATCH in both MEMORY and MANUAL MODE.

NOTE: The MS-3 User will need to first change BANK then select a PATCH within the BANK to switch and play. Set FS-6 or FS-7 to MOMENTARY MODE and POLARITY switches in the same direction.
