BOSS FOOT SWITCH PEDALS: FS-5U, FS-5L, FS-6 and FS-7

NOTE 1: BOSS FS-5U, FS-5L and FS-6 foot switches can be connected by edge tongue and groove to another foot switch to create a unified interlocking pedal. FS-7 has vertical orientation and will not connect.
NOTE 2: BOSS FS typically connect to devices with compatible Foot Switch, CTL1/2, TEMPO, REMOTE or EXT/CTL JACKS.
NOTE 3: When using 1/4" TRS and CTL 1/2 JACK of a device (A = RING, B = TIP, SLEEVE = GROUND).
BOSS FS-5U SINGLE FOOT SWITCH (MOMENTARY ONLY):
CONNECTION: 1/4" TS Mono Instrument Cable phone type.
POWER: Not required. Passive no power or battery necessary.
COMPATIBLE: Can be used with compatible BOSS compact stomp box pedals, and wide variety of keyboards, rhythm machines, ROLAND BOSS guitar amps and more as a single switch.
RC-1, RC-3, RC-30, RC-202, RC-505, ACS-PRO/LIVE, VE-8, select BOSS Compacts, GT-1, GT-001, GT-100, GT-1000.
BOSS FS-5L SINGLE FOOT SWITCH (LATCHING ONLY):
CONNECTION: 1/4" TS Mono Instrument Cable phone type.
POWER: Battery power only, AAA Dry Alkaline (R03/LR03(AAA) type) x 2. LED INDICATOR LATCHING.
Can be used with compatible BOSS EFFECTS and ROLAND BOSS Guitar Amps.
COMPATIBLE: KATANA-50/100/ARTIST/HEAD, JC-40/120, etc.
BOSS FS-6 FOOT SWITCH DUAL A/B (MOMENTARY/LATCHING):
CONNECTION: 2 x 1/4" TS Mono Instrument Cable phone type.
OR 1 x 1/4" TRS Stereo Cable phone type (Not Included).
POWER: Battery only. 9 Volt Dry Alkaline Battery (Included).
COMPATIBLE: Can be used with compatible BOSS compact stomp box pedals, and wide variety of keyboards, rhythm machines, ROLAND BOSS guitar amps and more as a single switch.

NOTE: LATCHING or MOMENTARY function can be assigned to each pedal A and B independently or the same. Either A or B can be used in place of an FS-5U or FS-5L.

BOSS FS-7 DUAL FOOT SWITCH MOMENTARY/LATCHING
CONNECTION: 2 x 1/4" TS Mono Instrument Cable phone type, for A & B jack.
OR 1 x 1/4" TRS Stereo Cable phone type (not included), for A+B jack.
POWER: Requires Power Supply Only (Not Included). DC in for PSA-120S, PSB-1U/120 or other 9V DC power supply.
COMPATIBLE:
Dual LATCHING or MOMENTARY foot switch with single adjustment for both A and B.
RC-1, RC-3, RC-30, RC-202, RC-505, ACS-PRO/LIVE, VE-8, select BOSS Compacts, GT-1, GT-001, GT-100, GT-1000.
NOTE: For the FS-7, A and B CAN NOT be uniquely set like on the FS-6.
Both are linked to be set to either LATCHING or MOMENTARY and so is POLARITY.
So A and B will always be set together LATCHING or MOMENTARY.
Switchable POLARITY for both A and B simultaneously.
