Condenser microphones require power in order to operate. While phantom power (48 volts) is the most common, be sure to check the specifications of the microphone to know what type of power is required.
CONNECTIONS
- Connect the microphone to the XLR jack of the GO:MIXER PRO.
Note: The GO:MIXER PRO provides phantom power (48 volts) to its XLR jack only. Phantom power is not provided to the 1/4" jack. - Connect the tagged end of the supplied USB cable to the GO:MIXER PRO and the other end to the iPhone or Android device.
- Use the supplied USB cable only. 3rd pary USB cables are not compatible.

ADJUSTING THE VOLUME
- Turn the MASTER LEVEL
completely counter-clockwise (off).
- If using a microphone that has an ON/OFF switch, set this to ON.
- Set the GO:MIXER PRO's PHANTOM SWITCH to "48V" to turn phantom power on.
Notes:- iPhone/iPad Users:
PHANTOM POWER cannot be used when being powered by an iPhone or iPad. In this case, batteries will need to be installed, the BATTERY switch set to "ON" and PHANTOM POWER set to "48v." - Android Users:
Don’t operate the [BATTERY] switch while a smartphone is connected. Doing so might destabilize the smartphone’s operation.
- iPhone/iPad Users:
- Lower the volume of any unused inputs on the GO:MIXER PRO (such as keyboards, guitar, etc).
- While talking or singing into the mic, slowly raise the microphone knob
clockwise until the "PEAK" light on the GO:MIXER PRO illuminates only occasionally.
Slowly raise the MASTER LEVELto hear the audio.
