RC-10R: Factory Reset (Initialization)

Factory Reset restores the RC-10R to its original factory settings. You can reset system settings, phrase memories (1–99), or both. Initialized phrase memories are permanently deleted.

1. Press the [MENU] button.
   - The MENU screen appears.
   
2. Turn the [VALUE] knob to select “FACTORY RESET,” and then press the [VALUE] knob to
   confirm.
   - You see a screen where you can specify the range of the factory reset.

3. Specify the range of the FACTORY RESET.

   To advance the cursor	Press the [VALUE] knob.
   To return the cursor	Press the [EXIT] button.
   To edit the value	Turn the [VALUE] knob.

   FROM TO	SYS	System and MIDI parameter settings
   	1-99	The contents of phrase memories 1–99

4. Press the [VALUE] knob to confirm the range of the factory reset.
   
   - If you decide to cancel, press the [EXIT] button.
5. Turn the [VALUE] knob to select “YES,” and then press the [VALUE] knob.
   - The FACTORY RESET is executed.
   NOTE: Never turn off the power while “EXECUTING...” is shown. Doing so might cause all saved data to be lost.
