It could be that the connection has not been established for some reason.
Open the Bluetooth settings screen of your mobile device, and if "WAZA-AIR Audio" is already connected, temporarily end the connection. After ending the connection, turn the Bluetooth switch on once again, and perform pairing again.
Note:
- If "WAZA-AIR Audio" is not shown in the Bluetooth setting screen, simply turn the Bluetooth switch off and on again.
- If you're using BOSS TONE STUDIO, take care not to tap "WAZA-AIR MIDI" that's shown in the Bluetooth setting screen.
How to end an existing "WAZA-AIR Audio" connection
iOS: Tap the “i” located beside “Connected,” and then “Forget This Device.”
Android: Tap the gear icon shown beside “WAZA-AIR Audio” in “Paired devices,” and tap “Unpair.”
How to pair with a mobile device
- Long-press the Bluetooth multi-function button (for three seconds or longer).
The Bluetooth indicator blinks rapidly.
NOTE: This button (shown in the image) can be moved in three directions: left, right, and by pressing it downward. Press and hold the button downward until the Bluetooth indicator starts flashing rapidly. - Turn on the Bluetooth switch of your mobile device (e.g., smartphone).
- In the Bluetooth screen of your mobile device, tap “WAZA-AIR Audio.”
Your mobile device is paired with this unit.
