The following article guides through completely logging out of Facebook.
Note: The GO:LIVECAST is designed to be logged into no more than one Facebook account at a time. If there's an issue logging out of one account and logging into another, follow the steps below.
- Log out from the GO:LIVECAST app
Open the GO:LIVECAST app, select the Broadcast icon on the bottom right of the screen, select Facebook Live and then select "Log out" in the blue box.
- Log out of the official Facebook app installed on the phone (if it's installed)
- Log out of the phone's default web browser
Open the phone's default web browser (Safari for iOS and usually Google Chrome for Android), go to www.facebook.com in the phone's web browser and log out of the account.
- Clear browsing history for the phone's web browser
iPhone: Settings --> Safari --> "Clear History and Website Data"
Android: Open Google Chrome --> Tap the three little dots at the top-right corner of the screen --> History --> "CLEAR BROWSING DATA"
- Open the Go:Livecast app and log in
