The red button is the Program (PGM) source and the green button is the Preview (PVW) source. When you transition to another input using the Cut button, Auto button, or T-Bar fader: In A/B Mode (V-8HD default), red and green swap rows Menu > 19: System > Panel Operation > A/B Using the example above, A1 turns green and B2 turns red In PGM/PST Mode, red and green swap columns Menu > 19: System > Panel Operation > PGM/PST Using the example above, A2 turns red and B1 turns green Changing Video Output Assignments If the video outputs do not match what you see on the Multi-View, you can change them in the Video Output menu. By default, HDMI output 1 is PGM and HDMI output 2 is PVW: Menu > 2:Video Output > Output X > Output Assign > Program / Preview You can assign more than one output to PGM, if needed. PVW output will not display any dissolve or wipe transitions, only cut transitions.
