ZENOLOGY: When I attempt to export a sound that was created using a Model Expansion via EXPORT for Hardware function, an error message appears.

Either subscribe to the "Pro" or "Ultimate" membership, or purchase a Lifetime Key.
Once the installation is complete, you can use it in ZENOLOGY.
