On the JUNO-DS61, JUNO-DS76, and JUNO-DS88, you can set the pitch (octave and transpose) separately for each part in Split or Dual mode.
To change the octave of a Split part using the OCTAVE buttons:
- Press the [PATCH/PERFORM] button so that it is lit, and select the Performance you want to change.
- Use the cursor buttons to select the part you want to set the octave for.
- Use the OCTAVE [DOWN] and [UP] buttons to change the octave.
- Press the [WRITE] button.
- Select "PERFORMANCE WRITE" to save the Performance.
To set the octave and transpose (Coarse Tune) individually for a Split or Dual part:
- Press the [PATCH/PERFORM] button so that it is lit, and select the Performance you want to change.
- Use the cursor buttons to select the part you want to edit.
- Press the [MENU] button.
- Use the cursor buttons or the value dial to select "EDIT," and press the [ENTER] button.
- Use the cursor buttons or the value dial to select "PART EDIT," and press the [ENTER] button.
- Use the cursor buttons to select the "PITCH" tab.
- Move the cursor over the value of "Octave Shift" to change the octave setting, or move the cursor over the value of "Coarse Tune" to change the transpose setting.
- Use the value dial or the [-] [+] buttons to change the value.
- Press the [WRITE] button.
- Select "PERFORMANCE WRITE" to save the Performance.
This procedure only changes the part you selected in step 2. To change both the UPPER and LOWER parts at once, select "PERFORMANCE EDIT" instead of "PART EDIT" in step 5, and use the "PITCH" tab to set both parts.
